Piece #3 for iam8bit Plush Week 3. A new addition to the Sprite family. I should probably come up with a name better than the filename, which says it’s a Flibble. (You may remember this as the name of Rimmer’s penguin puppet in Red Dwarf; you could also assume it’s “flying Tribble”). People kept asking what I was making and I had to say I have no idea what this angel unicorn gerbil critter is. It just IS. (Angicornbil is right out, btw.)

Faux fur, velour, spandex, Minky, wire, sequins, glass beads, Swarovski crystals, and handpainted eyes; about 6” tall

Behold, my first finished art project for 2013.
It’s a felt cake stuffed with determination!
This little pink cake means a lot to me.
I’m known to drop my projects and never
finish but look! It’s done. (*｀д´)b

I went to Yardhouse with a group of friends
and took one of their coasters for my desk.
The part that is covered by the cake says,”HOT!”
I thought it was cute. (゜∀゜)
